During the conference call last week someone mentioned they would like to see a name having to do with starting from our roots…or something to that effect. So I came up with 2 more names. Provenance Interactive and Nostalgic Games.

Provenance Interactive…I actually dig this name. Provenance means origin. It also can mean ownership and kind of has a demanding sound to it. Logo development could be fun here.

Nostalgic Games…This one is pretty obvious…maybe a bit too prosaic? I'm not sure. But it has a fun sound to it. Nostalgia is a big factor among gamers. How many conversations have you had like this? "Remember Blaster Master?!" "Oh hellzya! That game was AWESOME!!!" "Yeah it was, it's too bad I'm being convicted of murder….."
I know I"m not the only one to have conversations like that…….well, maybe not the murder part. Logo development is a bit hard here. But I'm sure we could come up with something kick ass eventually.

I kinda like the Provenance Interactive - though it is a mouthful to say. Sanity Interactive with a guy in a straight jacket could be a pretty cool logo too… and from Scott's original ideas he emailed I liked Lark Games. I keep getting stuck in cycles thinking more of gamer tag-like names and winding up with Organ Studios or Donor Productions(organ donor was a favorite name from worms). Anyway, my mind is fried right now, but here is a rehash of the so far suggested names. I say if anyone else is going to put something in, add to this post and lets get something finalized on.
